1. Professional Document Handling

At CNBusinessHub (华商汇富), we understand that corporate documents (Business Licenses, Company Seals, Articles of Association) are sensitive and irreplaceable. Our shipping process is designed to prioritize security and confidentiality above all else.

2. Order Processing Milestones

Document shipping is initiated only after the following milestones are completed:

  • Approval Phase: Government authorities (SAMR, Tax Bureau, etc.) formally issue the paper certificates.
  • Verification Phase: Our team reviews all physical documents for accuracy against your application.
  • Packaging Phase: Documents are placed in tamper-proof, water-resistant corporate envelopes.

Processing Time: Typically 1-3 business days after physical documents are received from the government.

3. Estimated Shipping Times & Costs

We utilize Tier-1 international couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or SF International) to ensure real-time tracking. Estimated delivery schedules and base costs are as follows:

4. Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international shipments, the recipient is the "Importer of Record." Please be aware that:

  • Shipments may be subject to import duties or customs clearance fees in the destination country.
  • CNBusinessHub is not responsible for delays caused by local customs authorities.
  • We will provide all necessary commercial invoices and descriptions to facilitate smooth clearance.

5. Security & Tracking Guarantee

Real-Time Tracking: Every shipment is assigned a unique tracking number, sent to your registered email immediately upon dispatch.

Signature Required: To prevent loss, all high-value corporate documents require a physical signature upon delivery. We do not support "Leave at Door" options for sensitive certificates.

6. Address Accuracy

Clients are responsible for providing an accurate physical delivery address (P.O. Boxes are generally not accepted for international document couriers). Any re-routing fees or return costs caused by an incorrect address will be borne by the client.
