1. General Principles

At CNBusinessHub (华商汇富), we provide specialized B2B consulting services including company registration, accounting, and tax compliance. Due to the high degree of professional labor and immediate resource commitment involved, all refund requests are governed by this exhaustive policy to ensure equitable resolution for both the client and the firm.

2. Non-Refundable Statutory Disbursements

Clients acknowledge that CNBusinessHub acts as an intermediary for various government and third-party filings. The following costs are strictly non-refundable once initiated:

  • Government application fees paid to the SAMR, Tax Bureau, or other authorities.
  • Stamp duties, notary fees, and document legalization charges.
  • Translation costs for certified documents already processed.
  • Bank handling charges and intermediary wire transfer fees.

3. Milestone-Based Service Fee Refunds

Refunds of professional service fees (excluding statutory disbursements) are calculated based on the following milestones:

  • Pre-Work (within 24 hours): Full refund of service fees, subject to a 5% administrative processing fee.
  • Phase 1 (Name Search & Consultation): If cancellation occurs after the preliminary name search or initial professional consultation, a 30% service fee deduction applies.
  • Phase 2 (Document Drafting): Once Articles of Association or legal application forms have been drafted, a 50% service fee deduction applies.
  • Phase 3 (Submission): Once documents have been formally submitted to government portals, the service fee is 100% non-refundable.

4. Rejection and Policy Changes

CNBusinessHub shall not be liable for refunds in the event of application rejection due to: (i) Client providing inaccurate or fraudulent information; (ii) Sudden changes in local government regulations; (iii) National security reviews or other "Force Majeure" events beyond our control.

5. Refund Request & Currency Protocol

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to consult@chinabusinesshub.com. Refunds will be issued in the original currency of payment. Any losses incurred due to currency exchange rate fluctuations between the date of payment and the date of refund shall be borne by the Client.

6. Dispute Resolution

We strive for amicable resolutions. Any unresolved disputes regarding this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong SAR Courts, in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
