1. Overview

At ChinaBusinessHub, we strive to provide the highest quality corporate services. Due to the nature of our business (consulting, legal document preparation, and government submissions), significant manpower and administrative costs are incurred once a project begins.

Therefore, we have established the following refund policy to ensure fairness to both our clients and our team.

2. Full Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a 100% refund (minus any transaction fees charged by banks/payment gateways) if:

  • You request a cancellation within 24 hours of payment.
  • AND we have not yet started the document drafting or pre-approval name search process.
  • AND no funds have been paid to any government authority on your behalf.

3. Partial Refunds

If you choose to cancel after the 24-hour window or after service has commenced, refunds will be calculated based on the progress of work:

  • Drafting Phase: If we have started drafting documents (Articles of Association, Application Forms) but have not submitted them, a 30% service fee deduction will apply to cover administrative labor.
  • Submission Phase: If documents have been submitted to the Administration for Market Regulation (AMR) or other agencies for review, a 50% - 70% service fee deduction will apply.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds in the following scenarios:

  • Government Fees: Any official filing fees, stamp duties, or taxes already paid to the government are strictly non-refundable.
  • Client Error/Fraud: If an application is rejected because you provided false information, forged documents (e.g., fake passports), or failed to provide necessary documents within 30 days of request.
  • Change of Policy: If a rejection is due to a sudden change in government laws or "Force Majeure" events beyond our control (though we will do our best to find an alternative solution).
  • Completed Services: Once the Business License or official document has been issued.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email us at consult@chinabusinesshub.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

  • We will review your request within 3 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
  • Bank transfer fees for international refunds shall be borne by the client.
